Description

  • Build and manage enterprise-level client relationships within assigned existing accounts and global client ecosystems.
  • Develop sales and engagement strategies for allocated territories and achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities within expansion accounts and ongoing revenue streams.
  • Develop marketing plans with the marketing team to support revenue growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers’ current and future IT roadmaps and positioning the solution accordingly.
  • Lead executive and CxO discussions, sales process management, and opportunity closure.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with clients in a timely manner.
  • Support new customers through the onboarding process.
  • Manage accounts proactively to maintain customer satisfaction and generate additional revenue.
  • Work collaboratively in a complex, fast-paced, team-oriented sales environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience selling software or cloud-based applications to enterprise customers.
  • 5+ years of experience in expansion sales and farming accounts.
  • 7 years of demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling within enterprise expansion accounts, including six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Strong network and connections within Indian conglomerates and large enterprises.
  • Experience selling to C-level stakeholders and across both IT and business units; experience with enterprise customers in North India is a plus.
  • Technical background with a basic understanding of infrastructure and the SaaS industry.
  • Experience using SFDC and business tools such as Tableau, PowerPoint, and Zoom.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate a clear return-on-investment value statement.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain productivity under time pressure in a complex environment.
