Description

  • Close and renew business for enterprise customers and prospects.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound campaigns and collaboration with marketing, partners, and SDRs.
  • Lead customer meetings, including preparation, presentation, follow-up materials, and next steps.
  • Handle competitive objections and commercial negotiations to move deals forward.
  • Build strategic account plans that identify revenue opportunities and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain champions across target accounts to deepen Olo’s presence.
  • Collaborate with internal account team members to coordinate the sales process.
  • Work with the Customer Experience team after sale to support successful program launch and value delivery.
  • Find solutions for clients based on their business needs, financial considerations, and sales process.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in an enterprise sales role.
  • Experience selling in the hospitality or restaurant industry, B2B SaaS/software, or payment solutions preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience generating pipeline with support from marketing, partners, and SDRs.
  • Experience creating strategic territory and account plans to prioritize whitespace.
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills with a structured approach to determining deal viability.
  • Ability to identify, build, and manage key stakeholders and champions throughout the sales cycle.
  • Experience following a standard sales process or methodology with clear role ownership.
  • Strong preparation and presentation skills, including agendas, questions, and thoughtful follow-up.
  • Experience selling platform-based products.
  • Remote work capability anywhere in the U.S. or willingness to work from Olo’s NYC headquarters.

  • Annual base salary range of $108,500 to $148,200, depending on experience and location.
