Description

  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans for a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers.
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and SRE/DevOps leaders.
  • Identify, qualify, and close complex six-figure and seven-figure expansion opportunities through upsell and cross-sell.
  • Lead and coordinate the virtual account team, including Solution Consultants, SDRs, and Marketing.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and deliver quarterly and annual forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Analyze deal health and recommend strategic next steps throughout the sales cycle.
  • Lead negotiations for large enterprise agreements and renewals.
  • Manage procurement processes and legal complexities during deal closure.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a quota-carrying, enterprise-focused B2B SaaS sales role.
  • Significant experience with expansion sales and complex renewals.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals in the 6- and 7-figure range.
  • Experience with sales cycles longer than 6 months.
  • Working knowledge of MEDDPIC, Challenger, or value-based selling methodologies.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate highly technical concepts to technical and business stakeholders in clear, financially grounded terms.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Ability to pass employment verification, identity verification, and a criminal background check.
