Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, IT executives, line-of-business leaders, program managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Drive value-based growth within a strategic enterprise account.
  • Expand Databricks usage into new business units and additional use cases.
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Track customer information, use cases, timelines, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Sell using a solution-based approach and communicate business value to customers.
  • Promote Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform powered by Apache Spark and Delta Lake.
  • Prioritize opportunities and coordinate the right internal resources.
  • Develop and execute an internal and external account plan for success.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of enterprise sales experience exceeding quota in larger accounts.
  • Experience selling to Federal System Integrators is required.
  • Previous field sales experience in big data, cloud, SaaS, and a consumption-based selling motion.
  • Experience managing a targeted enterprise account rather than a broad territory.
  • Prior success in an early-stage company with limited oversight.
  • Existing customer relationships with CIOs, program managers, and key decision makers at local accounts.
  • Ability to simplify technical capabilities into value-based business benefits.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with Salesforce for customer tracking and forecasting.
  • Experience in data, advanced analytics, and AI is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $220,100 to $302,600 USD, depending on location.
