Description

  • Meet or exceed revenue and pipeline growth targets.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline within a defined territory.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking in CRM tools such as Salesforce and SalesLoft.
  • Engage prospects using a consultative approach to identify needs and deliver value.
  • Develop relationships through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Partner cross-functionally with legal, product, and customer success teams to close deals and support clients.
  • Represent Lightcast professionally in client-facing interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience selling SaaS or DaaS solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with solution-based, multi-product sales.
  • Consultative sales experience preferred.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce and SalesLoft.
  • Ability to work in a remote, work-from-home US-based role.
  • Experience working with higher education or workforce-related customers is beneficial.
