Description

  • Administer global benefits plans, programs, policies, and processes with a focus on U.S.-based benefits.
  • Support global benefits management, including regulatory compliance and benefits program administration.
  • Partner with stakeholders in the People Team, Finance, and Procurement on benefits-related matters.
  • Provide clear education and communication to employees to ensure a positive benefits experience.
  • Serve as a first-line subject matter expert for U.S. employee benefits questions.
  • Analyze benefits data, prepare reports, and share insights to support decisions and trend analysis.
  • Support understanding of U.S. benefits management while expanding knowledge of APJ and EMEA regions.
  • Assist with self-funded plan management in the U.S.
  • Work with Workday Benefits and support time off, ADA, and leave of absence programs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or benefits management.
  • Proficiency in Workday Benefits/HRIS.
  • Ability to work across different time zones with U.S., EMEA, and APJ stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to prioritize urgent and competing requests.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of U.S. benefits management.
  • Experience with self-funded plan management in the U.S. is preferred.
  • Experience with time off, ADA, and leave programs (LOA) is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Jira, and Coupa is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
  • Software and tech company experience is preferred.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders is preferred.
  • Beginner consulting and analytical skills are preferred.
  • Experience assisting with U.S. benefits budget management is preferred.
  • Experience developing and delivering benefits communications and educational materials is preferred.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
