Description

  • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, amendments, HR policies, benefits enrollment documents, payroll enrollment documents, onboarding guides, employment certificates, and termination documents.
  • Maintain employee records in the proprietary platform and process HR-related forms for hires, status changes, benefits, and terminations.
  • Administer benefits on behalf of customers and professionals, including coordination with brokers and insurers for enrollments.
  • Provide payroll data, including time and expense details, to support payroll administration in coordination with payroll teams and local payroll providers.
  • Perform audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment of professionals.
  • Support continuous improvement of HR processes and help keep SOPs and policies up to date.
  • Communicate with professionals, customers, and vendors to resolve queries and ensure smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for professionals and customers during onboarding and offboarding.
  • Follow established SLAs and SOPs to ensure service excellence.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of HR operations experience; shared services center experience is desirable.
  • Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Experience working within a shared services environment.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation across the EMEA region is an added advantage.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English with clear communication skills.
  • Literacy with MS Office.
  • A proactive test-and-learn mindset and the ability to quickly adopt new AI features and platforms.
  • Demonstrated AI literacy, including the ability to use generative AI tools such as Gemini and NotebookLM in daily workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with international teams across different locations and cultures.
  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones based on customer and professional needs.
  • Knowledge and experience handling offboardings is preferred.
  • Available to start immediately.
  • Open to a 9-month fixed-term contract.
