Description

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts to become a trusted advisor.
  • Identify and create new business opportunities with prospective customers in the UK region.
  • Partner with marketing and demand generation teams on campaigns to engage new prospects.
  • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from initial conversation to close.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and update sales activity in Salesforce.
  • Communicate sales progress and pipeline updates to internal teams.
  • Learn prospective customers’ business goals, industries, and technology stacks to uncover opportunities.
  • Build strong product knowledge of the New Relic platform to confidently present its value.
  • Collaborate with solution consultants, marketing, and customer success teams to support customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • Experience in a B2B software or technology sales role with a proven track record of acquiring new customers and logos.
  • A motivated, hunter-first, goal-oriented mindset focused on helping prospective customers solve problems.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based or SaaS sales models.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal partners such as Solution Consultants and marketing teams.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Qualified applicants may inquire about visa sponsorship, including transfer of a current H-1B visa, but O-1, F-1, and J-1 visas are not supported.
