Description

  • Demonstrate Amazon, Salesforce, and NeuraFlash products and assets to customers.
  • Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospects and customers.
  • Gather requirements for large-scale Amazon Connect and transformation projects.
  • Create and deliver compelling demos for customers and prospects.
  • Create and modify proposals, statements of work, and responses to RFPs.
  • Maintain lead management, pipeline, and forecasting data in Salesforce.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and technical teams to improve response efficiency and product feedback loops.
  • Recommend Salesforce and AI solutions to customers and internal teams based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams on project scope, estimates, and pre-sales execution.
  • Provide customer feedback to product management to help advance the product portfolio.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience selling CRM solutions or services, preferably within Amazon Connect.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with preference for pre-sales or solution engineering experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a consulting role (preferred).
  • Expert understanding of contact center telephony solutions (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce Service Cloud platform and architecture (preferred).
  • Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
  • Attention to detail and great communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Interest in learning quickly in the AI space.
