Description

  • Design, build, and maintain automations that reduce repetitive Sales Engineering work, including call recaps, follow-up generation, configuration helpers, RFP support, and security-response accelerators.
  • Partner with strategic customers on complex automation and integration use cases where Restaurant365 is a core system dependency.
  • Define reference patterns, validate data flows, document ownership boundaries, and help customers or partners implement long-term supportable solutions.
  • Support Sales Engineering reporting and maintain the core data model linking opportunities, SE engagement, technical wins, and deal outcomes.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for SE performance, coverage, and win/loss insights in partnership with RevOps and SE leadership.
  • Create playbooks, demos, and enablement materials for SE and AE teams.
  • Document repeatable integration and automation patterns and share structured feedback with Product, Engineering, and RevOps.
  • Prioritize work across multiple stakeholders while focusing on measurable outcomes such as influenced ARR, adoption, time saved, and risk reduction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience designing or supporting API integrations, data workflows, or business process automations in a SaaS environment.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical workflows, data requirements, and implementation plans.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools, scripting, APIs, and structured data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across customers, Sales, SE, RevOps, Product, and Engineering.
  • Experience creating dashboards, reporting definitions, or operational metrics that support go-to-market decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously with clear ownership and follow-through.
  • AI fluency, including using AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, automate workflows, synthesize information, and maintain data security standards.
  • Experience with restaurant, hospitality, payroll, POS, ERP, or workforce-management workflows is preferred.
  • Familiarity with customer automation and integration scenarios such as employee syncs, accounting/ERP exports, scheduled data movement, and exception monitoring is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, BI tools, or RevOps partnership models is preferred.
  • Experience in enterprise or strategic account environments where technical solutioning materially influences deal outcomes is preferred.
  • Restaurant365 product or ecosystem familiarity is strongly preferred.
