Description

  • Become an expert on Loop’s platform, ecosystem, and integrations across EMEA and APAC.
  • Provide technical support to Sales, Post Sales, and Partner teams through Slack and meetings.
  • Vet deals from a technical requirements perspective and collaborate with Sales, agencies, and development partners.
  • Create customized demos and proofs of concept for region-specific use cases and present them to internal and external audiences.
  • Advise on APIs, webhooks, integrations, and front-end customizations for merchants and partners.
  • Partner with merchants and agencies to scope shopper-facing experiences and back-end logistics flows.
  • Help enable Sales teams on Loop’s technical capabilities and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to solve problems, evaluate workarounds, and improve the platform.
  • Support merchant launches across carriers, 3PLs, warehouse setups, and commerce architectures in international markets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B pre-sales solutions engineering, technical sales, or technical consulting.
  • Experience working with merchants or customers headquartered in the UK, EU, or APAC is preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or Salesforce ecosystems is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with logistics, 3PL, and warehouse systems and protocols.
  • Experience with inbound returns, receiving workflows, restocking, label generation, and reverse logistics.
  • Familiarity with regional carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, DHL, GLS, Australia Post, Yamato, Japan Post, and SF Express is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cross-border returns, customs documentation, and VAT/IOSS implications is a plus.
  • Strong integrations background across Shopify and Shopify Plus, headless and composable builds, bespoke OMS/WMS pairings, ERP systems such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, and SAP, and tax engines such as Avalara and Vertex.
  • Ability to scope integrations, anticipate data flow issues, and recommend technical solutions.
  • Understanding of web components, browsers, APIs, webhooks, servers, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to explain end-to-end technical flows to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and prioritization skills across overlapping time zones.
  • Track record of improving processes, seeking coaching, and sharing knowledge with the team.
