Description

  • Manage the full sales process from lead management and qualification through evaluation, close, and account management.
  • Drive new business generation, pipeline creation, and new logo acquisition within the Health and Life Sciences vertical.
  • Build strong customer relationships and serve as the primary point of coordination with customers, Salesforce employees, and internal teams.
  • Partner closely with Salesforce sales and customer success teams, including Core AEs and SEs in the HLS organization.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO to identify and pursue new market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records for lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting.
  • Deliver timely, high-quality responses to support strong customer experience for clients and Salesforce.
  • Acquire and maintain applicable Salesforce certifications.
  • Represent the company as a quota-carrying sales leader focused on meeting growth targets.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of enterprise software sales experience, with proven success selling into large services accounts.
  • 2-3+ years of experience selling software to Health and Life Sciences companies.
  • Experience with Salesforce and selling end-to-end implementations.
  • Experience selling complex technology solutions.
  • Industry knowledge and a strong network with Salesforce channel partners.
  • Strong executive presence and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
  • B.A./B.S. degree.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for certain roles.
  • Preferred: Salesforce certifications or the ability to obtain and maintain them.
