Description

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions for CPQ, invoicing, and related revenue processes.
  • Create architectural blueprints covering integrations, customizations, and system configurations.
  • Analyze current product configuration, pricing, quoting, and ordering workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop enhancements that improve scalability, accuracy, and performance across Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in Sales Operations, IT, Legal, Accounting, and Finance to define requirements and roadmaps.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to keep project objectives aligned.
  • Lead implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions from design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Oversee technical execution and ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and meets stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Avalara, Stripe, and DocuSign.
  • Monitor Salesforce updates and industry trends to recommend new tools, features, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years on CPQ and Billing projects.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation projects in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, payment processing, and revenue recognition fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with financial metrics such as ACV, TCV, and ARR.
  • Hands-on experience with document generation, contract lifecycle management (CLM), and e-signature tools.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms such as NetSuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, or Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, Lightning components, and customizations.
  • Experience building or extending custom quoting and pricing solutions on Salesforce.
  • Apex and OmniScript experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and sales performance analytics.
  • Understanding of integration concepts and tools such as MuleSoft, Workato, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams, including analysts, developers, and consultants.
  • Knowledge of Sales, Product Management, Billing, and Accounting workflows and their interdependencies.
  • Familiarity with channel, partner, and marketplace go-to-market strategies.
  • Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant is strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist is strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect is strongly preferred.
  • Additional preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Consultant, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I.
