Description

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions for CPQ, invoicing, and related quote-to-cash processes.
  • Create architectural blueprints that account for integrations, customizations, and system configurations.
  • Analyze existing product configuration, pricing, quoting, and ordering workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop solutions that improve scalability, accuracy, and performance across quote-to-cash operations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, Sales Operations, IT, Legal, Accounting, Finance, business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define requirements and roadmaps.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical and business teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Lead Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations from design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Oversee integrations with enterprise systems such as Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, and DocuSign, while maintaining data integrity during migrations.
  • Stay current on Salesforce updates and industry trends, recommending new features, tools, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years working with Salesforce, including at least 3 years on CPQ and Billing projects.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation projects in enterprise environments.
  • Solid understanding of accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, payment processing, and revenue recognition fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with financial metrics such as ACV, TCV, and ARR, including the ability to model and explain calculations.
  • Hands-on experience with Document Generation, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and e-signature tools.
  • Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms such as Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, or Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, Lightning components, and customizations.
  • Experience building and extending custom quoting and pricing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and sales performance analytics.
  • Knowledge of MuleSoft, Workato, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams, including analysts, developers, and consultants.
  • Ability to identify risks and communicate timeline adjustments effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales, Product Management, Billing, and Accounting workflows and their interdependencies.
  • Familiarity with Channel, Partner, and Marketplace go-to-market strategies.
  • Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant is strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist is strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Consultant is preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder is preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I is preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect is strongly preferred.
