Description

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solution specifications.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements for digital solutions.
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Support end-to-end delivery of digital solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including business, development, and QA.
  • Work with clients and stakeholders at different levels to gather and clarify needs.
  • Support solution design and alignment to business objectives.
  • Use Salesforce as part of business process support and solution analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and SDLC.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across business, development, and QA.
  • Ability to document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at different levels.
  • Salesforce knowledge is required.
  • General navigation of the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience managing standard objects in Salesforce.
  • Ability to create and edit records in Salesforce.
  • Ability to generate simple reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Understanding of Salesforce as a tool to support business processes.
