Description

  • Own the implementation lifecycle for enterprise customers during the POC phase from discovery through deployment.
  • Scope and design POCs, including effort estimates, timelines, and integration strategies.
  • Lead discovery and architecture discussions with customers and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Perform complex configuration, API integrations, and troubleshooting for Netomi’s AI solutions.
  • Maintain accurate project and process documentation in centralized repositories.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless deployment and post-launch success.
  • Lead strategic business discussions and communicate Netomi’s value proposition and ROI to customers.
  • Use data analytics to identify insights that improve customer AI performance and satisfaction.
  • Proactively monitor customer health and create optimization and improvement plans.
  • Partner with Customer Success to transition accounts smoothly after the POC.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in project delivery.

Requirements

  • 5–6+ years of project management or consulting experience, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • 2+ years of experience conceptualizing, deploying, and implementing SaaS solutions.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills with executive-level presence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience implementing SaaS products and integrating APIs.
  • Proficiency with JSON, Datadog, Postman, and API integrations.
  • Familiarity or working knowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing) concepts.
  • Experience working with Agent Desk or CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Shopify, or Freshdesk (preferred).
  • Engineering or technical background (preferred).
  • Experience deploying solutions using large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent orchestration (preferred).
