Description

  • Manage the full implementation lifecycle from sales turnover and kickoff through handover to support.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to document client use cases and requirements.
  • Translate customer requirements into platform setup, configuration, and architecture decisions.
  • Drive project management across multiple customer implementations to ensure successful deployments.
  • Facilitate integrations with flat files, APIs, SSO, and third-party applications.
  • Host functional and technical workshops to support client customization and structuring.
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and basic ticket support during onboarding and deployment.
  • Support strategic customers לאורך their contract to increase product adoption and deliver complementary professional services, including platform audits.
  • Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve delivery quality and project outcomes.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and collaborate with the partner ecosystem to strengthen service offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar, preferably customer-facing role such as Technical Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Project Manager, or Pre-sales Consultant.
  • Previous deployment experience with SaaS products, ideally in HR-related environments.
  • Project management experience and ability to manage priorities across multiple customer implementations.
  • Understanding of APIs, SSO configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Solution-oriented, client-first mindset.
  • Ability to adapt communication style for both highly technical and less technical stakeholders.
  • Organized, structured, rational, and analytical approach to work.
  • Fluent French at native level and very good English proficiency (B2).
  • Experience in delivering professional services or platform audits is a plus.
  • Familiarity with remote, distributed customer implementation work is preferred.
