Description

  • Conduct high-volume discovery calls with prospective families.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to uncover customer needs and recommend tailored learning solutions.
  • Build trust and urgency through value-driven conversations.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Work with a fully remote schedule that includes training and permanent split-shift hours.
  • Maintain performance in a quota-carrying, phone-based or inside sales environment.
  • Use CRM tools and pipeline management practices to track activity and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in quota-carrying roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in consultative, solution-based, or needs-based selling environments.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be able to complete 6 weeks of paid virtual training and then work one of the assigned permanent Central Time schedules, including split shifts.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and CRM tools quickly.
  • Stable, distraction-free remote work environment with reliable high-speed internet.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets in B2C or high-volume sales environments is preferred.
  • Experience in phone-based or inside sales with strong conversion metrics is preferred.
  • Background in edtech, SaaS, insurance, financial services, real estate, home services, or similar consultative B2C sales is preferred.
