Description

  • Own sales performance and accountability for revenue targets in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute territory account and business plans for gedatolisib adoption and pull-through.
  • Identify and mitigate access barriers with Market Access, Marketing, and other commercial partners.
  • Partner compliantly with the Medical Science Liaison to educate the local breast cancer community and address clinical inquiries.
  • Present gedatolisib in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner to customers.
  • Build awareness of gedatolisib and confidence in its administration using approved resources.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and assigned accounts.
  • Represent Celcuity at regional and local medical conferences to expand access to healthcare professionals.
  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Market Analytics, Sales Operations, Legal, and Compliance to execute territory strategy.
  • Manage territory resources, operating costs, CRM tools, targeting databases, and required training completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; a scientific or business degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of sales or similar customer-facing experience, such as key account management, market access, or thought leader engagement.
  • 3+ years of strong results-oriented sales performance in oncology biotech or pharmaceuticals.
  • Demonstrated consistent track record as a top sales performer.
  • Experience selling in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience selling scientifically innovative products that require multiple stakeholder buy-in to enable access.
  • Experience selling in a competitive market.
  • Strong technical understanding and expertise in Buy and Bill, with medical benefit experience in oncology.
  • Preferred: recent experience within the last 10 years in breast cancer.
  • Preferred: established relationships and access to breast cancer treaters and experts within the assigned territory.
  • Preferred: oncology branded drug launch experience.
  • Preferred: experience in both small/emerging biopharma companies and mature, full-scale biopharma organizations.
  • Preferred: experience in solid tumors rather than hematology only.

Benefits

  • Anticipated base salary range of $185,000 to $215,000 depending on geography, qualifications, skills, and experience.
