Description

  • Engage potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and SMS.
  • Educate customers on Ethos’ products and processes.
  • Discover customer needs through in-depth conversations and position Ethos’ value accordingly.
  • Build customer relationships and trust to support monthly and quarterly conversion targets.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on customer friction points to improve the annuity platform.
  • Manage a customer pipeline and follow up through the application and purchasing process.
  • Contribute to sales scripts, outreach strategies, and workflow improvements for the new category.
  • Drive referral activity by creating positive customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Active Life and Health Insurance License.
  • Completion of state-required Annuity Suitability training/certifications.
  • 2-3 years of experience in direct-to-consumer annuity telesales, with Fixed, Fixed-Index, or MYGA experience preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in annuity, life, or health insurance sales.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent sales/CRM software.
  • Strong sales track record and the ability to overcome customer objections.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong phone presence.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Benefits

  • Remote work designation (#LI-Remote).
  • Base salary range of $70,000 - $200,000 per year.
  • Eligible compensation may also include bonus, equity, or benefits.
