Description

  • Engage potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and SMS.
  • Educate customers on Ethos products and processes.
  • Uncover customer needs through in-depth discovery and match solutions to retirement goals.
  • Build trust with customers to drive monthly and quarterly conversion targets.
  • Manage a pipeline of customers and follow up through the application and purchasing process.
  • Serve as a feedback loop for Product and Engineering by sharing customer friction points.
  • Contribute to sales scripts, outreach strategies, and workflow improvements for the new annuity category.
  • Drive referral activity by creating positive customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Active Life and Health Insurance License is required.
  • Completion of state-required Annuity Suitability training/certifications is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in direct-to-consumer annuity telesales is preferred, including Fixed, Fixed-Index, or MYGA experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in annuity, life, or health insurance sales.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent sales/CRM software.
  • Strong sales track record with the ability to overcome customer objections.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong phone presence.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Benefits

  • US national base salary range of $70,000 - $200,000.
