Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with a book of active and inactive brand partners.
  • Prospect new advertisers and support campaign creation, launch, and renewal.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned brands and own the advertising relationship.
  • Maintain a high volume of client meetings and email communication each week.
  • Track performance against KPIs, including activations, retained advertisers, and revenue.
  • Act as a primary escalation point for technical issues.
  • Generate weekly campaign reports and monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Share advertiser feedback with Product Management to improve platform experiences and capabilities.
  • Support the launch of new programs and features.
  • Help product teams prioritize improvements that scale ad products for small and medium-sized businesses.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in a sales environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving ability.
  • Comfort with analyzing data and speaking to insights.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive.
  • Experience working with advertising relationships or account management is a plus.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of weekly client interactions.
  • Experience in a remote work environment is preferred.
  • Sales incentive plan participation is part of the role.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $69,000-$73,000 in CA, NY, CT, and NJ; $67,000-$70,500 in WA; $64,000-$67,500 in select states; and $58,000-$61,000 in all other states.
