Description

  • Manage LinkedIn ad campaigns end to end, including setup, budgeting, bidding, and optimization.
  • Build and refine audience targeting strategies, including matched audiences sourced from CRM data.
  • Upload, segment, and maintain audience lists from Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and campaign structures.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize against key metrics such as CTR, CPL, and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop clear and actionable performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align campaign strategy and assets.
  • Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency and ROI.
  • Stay current on LinkedIn Ads updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience working with CRM data, such as Salesforce or a similar platform.
  • Solid understanding of targeting, bidding, and budget optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience running A/B tests and improving campaign performance.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, async environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • High attention to detail and strong organization.
  • Preferred experience with Google Sheets or Excel, Google Analytics or similar tools, HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms, and Looker, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
