Description

  • Own end-to-end technical setup and optimization of campaigns on Meta and Google Ads across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Build and manage advanced ad units such as manual carousels, dynamic product ads, and catalog sales campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor bidding strategies, audience segments, and funnel structures to improve ROAS and CPA.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and turn insights into strategic recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Manage Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and API conversion tracking to maintain data integrity.
  • Set up and optimize remarketing campaigns and audience segmentation.
  • Manage ad budgets and pacing across large monthly spends and multi-million-dollar lifetime budgets.
  • Create ad copy, collaborate with design teams on creatives, and prepare detailed performance reports for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Experience managing significant ad spend of $1M+ annually.
  • Deep understanding of Meta Business Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Proven track record of driving conversions such as leads or sales at scale.
  • Experience setting up and optimizing conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to walk through account structures and results during the interview process.
  • Active Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Experience in eCommerce (B2C), high-volume B2B lead generation, TikTok Ads, programmatic buying, advanced attribution modeling, or high-growth tech environments is a plus.
