Description

  • Own the end-to-end execution and performance of paid media campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and Bing.
  • Build, launch, QA, and optimize campaigns with a focus on ROI and business impact.
  • Manage budgets and pacing while identifying opportunities to scale efficiently.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy strategy.
  • Analyze campaign performance and turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Support or lead client communication, including performance reporting and strategic discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
  • Maintain testing roadmaps and continuously iterate to improve results.
  • Adapt strategies based on performance trends, platform changes, and business goals.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media or performance marketing.
  • Experience managing campaigns across at least 2 major platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
  • Experience with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of results.
  • Resumes must be submitted in English.
  • Candidates must reside in a Latin American (LATAM) country.
  • Experience leading complex accounts and contributing to higher-level decision-making is preferred for more senior candidates.

  • Base salary of USD $3,000+ per month, negotiable based on experience and skill level.
  • Additional commission opportunities based on performance and client impact.
  • Full-time role with standard business hours aligned to EST, PST, or CST.
