Description

  • Edit high-performing video content for Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Produce and iterate on high volumes of creative variations for testing frameworks.
  • Shape the visual narrative, tone, and pacing of video content to align with brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Translate performance data and creative feedback into actionable edit improvements.
  • Own end-to-end post-production, including editing, motion design, sound, and pacing.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, Paid Media teams, and Strategists on creative direction and performance goals.
  • Turn around assets quickly and adapt creatives based on real-time feedback and results.
  • Maintain organized asset, project file, and version management across multiple campaigns.
  • Contribute to improved editing workflows that increase speed, efficiency, and output volume.
  • Use AI tools and emerging technologies to support creative production and iteration.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of professional video editing experience.
  • Experience creating both brand content and performance marketing content.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
  • Strong understanding of post-production workflows, including syncing, color correction, sound design, and file organization.
  • Ability to edit high-quality brand content and high-volume, conversion-focused video assets.
  • Deep understanding of platform-native editing styles for TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Strong grasp of typography, motion design, pacing, and sound design.
  • Proven ability to create multiple variations from a single concept or footage set.
  • Strong understanding of direct-response creative principles, including hooks, retention, and CTA.
  • Experience using performance data and insights to inform editing decisions.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate editing and variation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Creative, Strategy, and Media teams.
