Description

  • Deliver high-quality live virtual Salesforce training sessions tailored to role-specific audiences (Sales Reps, SDRs, Account Managers, Customer Success, Partners).
  • Facilitate interactive, practical sessions grounded in real workflows and adjust delivery based on audience needs and engagement.
  • Own training logistics including scheduling across time zones (primarily EMEA and AMER), session registration, communications, and attendance tracking.
  • Manage training calendars to ensure coverage across all required roles and regions and coordinate session recordings for on-demand consumption.
  • Partner closely with Enablement, Sales Operations, and business leaders to align on rollout priorities, sequencing, and expectations and act as primary point of contact for training execution.
  • Customize existing training materials for clarity and role relevance and provide actionable feedback to the enablement team to address content gaps.
  • Ensure training reflects current Salesforce configurations and workflows and identify friction points to improve learner experience.
  • Track training completion, attendance, engagement, and feedback and provide regular reporting on readiness metrics and adoption risks.
  • Recommend and implement improvements based on data and learner feedback to drive adoption readiness.
  • Drive learner engagement and accountability leading up to go-live, identify at-risk teams or regions, and support reinforcement efforts (office hours, follow-ups, targeted sessions).

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering Salesforce.com training at scale for sales and/or customer-facing teams.
  • Strong facilitation skills with revenue audiences (Sales, SDRs, Account Management, Customer Success).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage training programs and logistics across regions and time zones.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or migrations.
  • Highly organized, execution-focused, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
  • (Nice to have) Experience training global teams across EMEA and AMER and familiarity working with HubSpot in migration contexts.
  • (Nice to have) Familiarity with sales processes, broader revenue tech stacks (sales engagement, forecasting, analytics) and experience with enablement teams and LMS platforms; background in B2B SaaS or change management for large-scale rollouts.
