Description

  • Own and drive a 6–12 month regional enablement roadmap in partnership with EMEA sales leaders and global programme teams.
  • Lead, develop, and grow a team of enablement professionals across the EMEA region.
  • Adapt global enablement programmes for local markets and fill gaps where global content does not fully translate.
  • Build and deliver enablement across onboarding, ramp programmes, certifications, product training, sales methodology, leadership development, and sales activations.
  • Design AI-first enablement programmes that are interactive, embedded in the flow of work, and more effective than traditional training.
  • Track enablement impact through behaviour change metrics, set targets, and report results to leadership with transparency.
  • Build strong relationships with EMEA senior leadership, Sales Ops, and PMM to align enablement with business priorities.
  • Support the full EMEA revenue motion across AEs, ADRs, and customer success.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of revenue enablement experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing, hiring, and performance-managing a diverse team.
  • Hands-on experience rolling out a sales methodology across EMEA, such as Command of the Message, MEDDIC/Force Management, or equivalent.
  • Multi-territory EMEA experience beyond a single market.
  • Enterprise SaaS background.
  • Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to and influencing senior leaders and field teams.
  • An AI-first mindset with examples of using AI tools to build better enablement.
  • Direct sales experience is preferred and would add credibility with the field.
  • Experience enabling the full revenue motion, including AEs, ADRs, and customer success, is preferred.
  • A track record of data-driven enablement that measures behaviour change and impact beyond vanity metrics is preferred.
