Description

  • Define and execute the regional field marketing plan aligned to North America GTM strategy, revenue targets, and AI-cloud growth objectives.
  • Identify priority verticals and regional clusters including enterprise AI, finance, healthcare, retail, and media and entertainment.
  • Translate global campaigns into localized programs for technical and executive buyers.
  • Partner with sales, solutions architects, business development, and vertical GTM teams on pipeline coverage, target accounts, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Support account-based marketing motions for top enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Plan and execute regional events, workshops, executive roundtables, innovation labs, and sponsorships for major industry conferences.
  • Build developer and data-science community engagement through hackathons, meetups, universities, and AI accelerators.
  • Track field performance metrics such as leads, pipeline influenced, partner-sourced opportunities, and ROI.
  • Gather customer and field feedback to inform product positioning, content strategy, and global messaging.
  • Own the regional field marketing budget, including forecasting spend, managing vendors, and ensuring ROI discipline.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B field and partner experience in cloud, AI, or enterprise tech, with proven pipeline impact.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute localized marketing programs across diverse U.S. markets.
  • Hands-on experience with account-based marketing, partner co-marketing, and demand-generation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, and 6sense.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using dashboards, campaign metrics, and ROI analysis.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills across sales, partners, and technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 25% to 30% for events, team meetings, and community engagements.
  • Remote role within the United States; candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area, Denver, Austin, or the DFW Metro are preferred, and strong candidates in Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones will also be considered.
