Description

  • Sell ChowNow’s platform to independent restaurants through in-person, outside sales efforts.
  • Own revenue generation by turning qualified leads into opportunities and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Develop a territory plan for outbound prospecting and build a referral network.
  • Qualify and nurture partner and inbound leads to create a book of business.
  • Run in-product web demos for a variety of audiences.
  • Manage deals through a full-cycle sales process from qualification to close.
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to strengthen sales methodology and improve performance.
  • Use SFDC reports and dashboards to track pipeline health, KPIs, and conversion rates.
  • Audit the sales pipeline with a manager and apply coaching and data-driven insights.
  • Share best practices and contribute to the team’s sales strategy and growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of consistent over-achievement.
  • Experience selling in a fast-paced, changing sales environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, feedback-driven team culture.
  • Strong curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and develop a book of business through referrals.
  • Competitiveness, resilience, and a work-hard, stay-positive mindset.
  • Fast learner with respect to process and technology.
  • Market knowledge, including awareness of competitors and current industry trends.
  • Willingness to be coachable and put in the time to master the craft.
  • 45% travel within the market and a reliable means of transportation required.
