Description

  • Manage relationships with dealers, integrators, and resellers across the assigned region.
  • Generate demand and sales growth through direct engagement with strategic end users.
  • Develop short- and long-term regional sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Implement sales techniques to increase regional sales volume and market share.
  • Lead strategic planning, sales lead management, reporting, and forecasting activities.
  • Assist with system design and cost estimating to support customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, specifiers, and consultants to influence specifications and project outcomes.
  • Conduct end-user seminars and represent the company at regional and national trade shows.
  • Provide field sales support and training to help the dealer channel succeed.
  • Lead and direct others as needed, including offering technical guidance and conflict resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a technology or SaaS industry.
  • Experience with security concepts, technologies, and market trends.
  • Ability to explain technical products and services to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with consultative selling and solution selling techniques.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and client needs and build data-driven sales strategies and reports.
  • History of sales success, such as President’s Club recognition or similar.
  • Ability to develop relationships and engage stakeholders from sales through C-suite levels.
  • Ability to learn and demonstrate enterprise software and complex hardware solutions.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and achieve assigned sales activity targets.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 70% within the region.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or sales certifications are advantageous.
  • Desired candidate location is Arkansas, Western Tennessee, or Louisiana.
