Description

  • Build and deepen relationships with top systems integrators, managed service providers, and value-added resellers in the DACH and Nordics regions.
  • Design, develop, and execute partner enablement programs for Nebius GPU IaaS solutions.
  • Work closely with the Head of Channel and Head of Region to align on priorities, partner initiatives, and growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate agreements, finalize contracts, and support implementation of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to drive incremental revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to integrate partner activities into the broader sales strategy and track performance against key metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance and use insights to improve partner programs and impact.
  • Travel up to 25% as needed.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of channel management experience in the DACH and Nordics regions.
  • Proven experience working with enterprise-level partners in SI, MSP, and VAR segments.
  • Experience helping enterprise customers scale and adopt cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong existing relationships with key SIs, ISVs, and MSPs serving enterprise customers.
  • Technical knowledge of cloud-based solutions, preferably GPU IaaS or similar cloud infrastructure offerings.
  • Experience enabling partners to sell complex products to enterprise customers.
  • Experience working with enterprise sales teams and marketing functions on joint strategies and materials.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans while also handling tactical partner enablement, contract negotiations, and performance tracking.
  • Experience selling, enabling, and supporting enterprise cloud, IaaS, or GPU-based solutions.
  • Ability to present effectively to senior leadership, technical teams, and enterprise partners.
  • Fluent German and English are required.
