Description

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Nebius and its value to customers.
  • Own and grow a regional territory against a strategic plan.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
  • Position AI and cloud solutions to address client-specific business challenges.
  • Lead consultative selling, product demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Lead contract negotiations with C-suite executives and close deals that meet revenue targets.
  • Represent Nebius at regional industry events, webinars, and customer meetings.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
  • Orchestrate internal deal teams, including SEs, industry experts, partners, and CS, to build differentiated value proposals and business cases.
  • Forecast accurately and progress opportunities through the Salesforce sales process while delivering against AC and activity targets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure with a proven hunter track record.
  • Strong interest in working in a startup culture and directly impacting company growth.
  • Comfort selling cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, as well as AI and related technologies.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including value mapping, negotiation, multiyear deals, and executive-level storytelling.
  • Consistent growth versus quota and high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • Native fluency in Arabic and fluent English.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment is preferred.
  • Exposure to SaaS models or cloud infrastructure sales is preferred.
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers is preferred.
