Description

  • Own and grow the DACH territory against a strategic regional plan.
  • Build deep relationships with enterprise stakeholders and identify customer-specific opportunities.
  • Sell AI and cloud solutions through consultative selling, product demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Lead contract negotiations with C-suite executives and close deals that meet revenue targets.
  • Work with partners and coordinate the deal team to develop differentiated value propositions and business cases.
  • Represent Nebius at regional and industry events, webinars, and customer meetings.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
  • Forecast accurately and manage deals through the Salesforce sales process.
  • Deliver against ACV and activity targets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, particularly in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure, with a proven hunter track record.
  • Experience selling cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and related AI solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including value mapping, negotiation, multiyear deals, and executive-level storytelling.
  • CRM proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and evidence of consistent growth against quota.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Passion for working in a startup culture and contributing directly to company growth.
  • Preferred: German language proficiency.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Preferred: Experience selling SaaS or cloud infrastructure solutions to mid-market or enterprise clients.
