Description

  • Map current and future workflows within a business domain to identify high-leverage automation opportunities.
  • Build the business case for AI, ML, and automation initiatives and align priorities with domain leadership.
  • Design future-state workflows across structured and unstructured data flows and define human-and-agent handoffs.
  • Determine the context, retrieval, grounding, memory, and tool access an agent needs to perform effectively.
  • Build and deploy agents and automation pipelines using approved AI platforms and frameworks.
  • Integrate agents with business systems through MCP servers, APIs, webhooks, CLIs, and other approved interfaces.
  • Configure prompts, context, and retrieval pipelines so workflows perform reliably in production.
  • Handle enterprise integration issues such as authentication, schema drift, rate limits, and data quality.
  • Own production performance for agents, including KPI tracking, evaluation, observability, and iteration.
  • Train business users and enable them to run workflows, while creating reusable assets for the broader team.

Requirements

  • Hands-on technical fluency with CLIs, APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Python scripting.
  • Working knowledge of LLM and agent behavior, including prompting, context, tool use, RAG, MCP, evals, and failure modes.
  • Strong comfort working on a cloud platform.
  • Experience working with elevated access while following least-privilege, auditability, and safe rollback practices.
  • Strong technical and process judgment with the ability to prioritize based on outcomes and KPIs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business settings.
  • Prior experience delivering measurable business outcomes in partnership with domain teams (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise agentic platforms such as CrewAI, LangChain, AWS Bedrock, Claude, or Codex, or direct model API development (preferred).
  • Background in product management, solutions engineering, consulting, forward-deployed engineering, or technical operations (preferred).
  • Experience in regulated environments such as HIPAA, SOC 2, GxP, or SOX (preferred).

  • Base salary of $152,100-$190,100 for remote USA roles, with higher and lower cost-of-living ranges available.
