Description

  • Own, retrain, and enhance the existing tree ensemble and gradient boosting credit-scoring model.
  • Incorporate new data features, including digital payments and CISP.
  • Evaluate model performance using AUC-ROC, F1 score, and probability calibration.
  • Segment the portfolio into A–F risk levels aligned with credit standards.
  • Calculate dynamic credit lines and expected loss using scores, customer potential, and sales history.
  • Package the model for production using the MFL framework, PyFunc, model cards, and tests.
  • Collaborate with data and platform teams to responsibly operate and evolve the live financial model.

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing credit-risk or credit-scoring models.
  • Experience with supervised machine learning and statistical modeling.
  • Strong Python skills with scikit-learn and XGBoost.
  • Experience with model validation and MLflow.
  • Understanding of probability of default, expected loss, and exposure metrics.
  • Experience with financial services, credit bureaus, or commercial credit portfolios preferred.
  • Experience with AI agents or agentic infrastructure, such as Mosaic AI Agent Framework, agent orchestration, or MCP, preferred.
