Description

  • Partner with product managers and engineers to measure product results and deliver insights across experimentation, launch, post-launch, and scale stages.
  • Identify key metrics and track progress for high-priority initiatives, including new AI product launches.
  • Develop analytics frameworks to run A/B tests and evaluate product features and initiatives.
  • Uncover insights that identify new product opportunities and improve the performance of existing products.
  • Present findings and recommendations to product leadership and executive stakeholders to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Identify opportunities within existing launches and mature products to improve impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence.
  • Hands-on experience with a data visualization tool such as Looker, Tableau, Qlikview, or MicroStrategy.
  • Strong SQL skills, including writing and optimizing queries in a business environment.
  • Solid understanding of statistics and experience designing and running A/B tests.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse architecture, ETL processes, and modern reporting/analytics tools and environments.
  • Ability to manage fast-paced, dynamic projects in a highly organized way.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting analysis results to stakeholders.
  • Natural curiosity and analytical rigor.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
