Description

  • Monitor escalation queues and follow up on internal requests to maintain application integrity.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot platform issues through resolution.
  • Document issues clearly and communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other teams on issues and insights.
  • Identify patterns, product gaps, and opportunities to improve functionality and internal processes.
  • Represent customer feedback and experience in Product and Engineering discussions.
  • Manage multiple support requests independently and with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in a technical SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience providing technical support and troubleshooting SaaS applications.
  • Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting, data validation, and issue investigation.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar ticketing and support tools.
  • Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets for analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or TikTok Shop is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central advertising platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Walmart Seller Center and Supplier Portal advertising platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of additional advertising marketplaces such as TikTok is preferred.
