Description

  • Own and manage relationships with existing clients in the U.S. market.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for strategic accounts and maintain a consistent client experience.
  • Understand client needs, business goals, and challenges to maximize value delivery.
  • Lead renewals, contract management, and commercial follow-ups with existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue account growth opportunities through upsell and cross-sell.
  • Monitor client health metrics such as engagement, satisfaction, and retention, and proactively address risks.
  • Keep the CRM updated with account status, interactions, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Collect and share client feedback to improve services, processes, and market positioning.
  • Represent the voice of the client internally and help strengthen long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Engagement, Customer Success, or post-sales roles.
  • Proven experience managing existing B2B clients and long-term commercial relationships.
  • Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Commercial mindset with experience in renewals, upsell, and cross-sell.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • High level of ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
