Description

  • Define and maintain the product vision, prioritized roadmap, and success criteria aligned with the global digital strategy.
  • Lead discovery activities including user research, prototyping, validation, and translation of insights into epics and user stories.
  • Manage the backlog in Jira under Scrum, including grooming and sprint planning sessions with the development team.
  • Create end-to-end product documentation, including product artifacts, user guides, and project closeout materials in Atlassian.
  • Track product usage metrics with Heap and Clarity, define KPIs, and build dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Plan and execute product rollouts in coordination with operations to ensure adoption across affiliated countries.
  • Oversee QA standards and post-launch performance, driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with multicultural, distributed teams across different time zones.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for digital platforms, preferably Salesforce or other custom SaaS/CRM environments.
  • Strong command of Jira for backlog and sprint management.
  • Experience with LucidChart for user and business flows.
  • Experience with Dovetail for quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Heap, Mixpanel, and/or Clarity.
  • Knowledge of Scrum and the full software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to create technical and functional product documentation end to end.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams is preferred.
