Description

  • Translate product-line strategy into actionable backlogs and validate sprint outcomes.
  • Own and prioritize the team backlog based on product goals and business value.
  • Define sprint goals, participate in planning, and coordinate realistic team commitments.
  • Manage scope changes, stakeholder requests, and sprint-plan adjustments.
  • Coordinate backlog refinement and discovery activities with Product Management, BAs, SAs, and other teams.
  • Plan team-level releases with the Engineering Manager and support estimation and approval processes.
  • Participate in feature acceptance testing, product demos, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Identify and escalate product risks while serving as the subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-team epics and shared functionality with the web department and other teams.
  • Collaborate with QA to categorize issues and prioritize bugs by business impact.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role.
  • 1+ year of experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or pharmaceutical marketing in an IT or technology environment.
  • Experience with content supply chain processes and systems, including content creation, MLR, CRMs, Veeva, AEM, or SFDC.
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching products that meet business objectives.
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven products, including model lifecycles, evaluation metrics, bias, and hallucination limitations.
  • Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with estimation techniques such as story points and T-shirt sizing.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.
