Description

  • Translate product-line strategy into team backlogs and validate sprint outcomes.
  • Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on product goals and business value.
  • Define sprint goals, participate in sprint planning, and coordinate realistic team commitments.
  • Manage scope changes and incoming requests during sprints, communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to improve features using market and customer insights.
  • Coordinate business and system analysts during discovery to ensure clear, technically feasible requirements.
  • Plan team-level releases with the Engineering Manager and participate in acceptance testing and feature demonstrations.
  • Co-lead sprint retrospectives and initiate improvements to team practices.
  • Manage product-risk identification and escalation, serving as a subject-matter expert for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-team epics, estimation approvals, documentation validation, and bug prioritization with QA.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Delivery Manager, or in a similar role.
  • 1+ year of experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or pharmaceutical marketing within an IT/technology environment.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical content supply-chain processes and systems, including content creation, MLR, CRM, Veeva, AEM, or SFDC.
  • Proven success defining and launching products aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience with AI/ML-based products, including model lifecycles, evaluation metrics, bias, and hallucination limitations.
  • Confident knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
  • Knowledge of estimation techniques such as story points and T-shirt sizing.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
