Description

  • Translate product strategy into actionable backlogs, sprint goals, and validated outcomes.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog based on product goals, business value, and customer insights.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, scope management, and sprint retrospectives with the Engineering Manager.
  • Coordinate discovery activities among business analysts, solution architects, and other contributors.
  • Plan team-level releases and coordinate cross-team epics and shared functionality.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, stakeholders, web teams, QA, and delivery teams on product development and issue prioritization.
  • Participate in feature acceptance testing and demos to validate quality and completeness.
  • Identify and escalate product risks, provide subject-matter expertise, and validate project plans and documentation.
  • Support estimation activities using the Estimator tool and obtain required approvals.
  • Categorize and prioritize incidents and improvements based on business impact.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role.
  • 1+ year of experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or pharmaceutical marketing within an IT or technology environment.
  • Experience with content supply chain processes and systems, including content creation, MLR, CRMs, Veeva, AEM, or SFDC.
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching products that meet business objectives.
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven products, including model lifecycles, evaluation metrics, bias, and hallucination limitations.
  • Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with estimation techniques such as story points and T-shirt sizing.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.
