Description

  • Manage and coordinate the full bid process from bid/no-bid decision through submission and post-bid review.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to develop compelling proposals.
  • Research client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings to shape bid strategy.
  • Ensure bid submissions comply with client requirements, including pricing, documentation, and formatting rules.
  • Present bid proposals to stakeholders and facilitate discussions to support decision-making.
  • Collect feedback and conduct post-submission reviews to improve future bid outcomes.
  • Maintain a repository of bid materials, templates, and best practices for reuse.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in bid management or proposal writing, preferably within the SAP solutions/services sector.
  • Strong understanding of the bidding process and proposal development methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to inform bid strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in proposal management tools and software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
