Description

  • Conduct business analysis and discovery with clients.
  • Design business processes and define functional requirements.
  • Configure Salesforce instances, including reports, objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approvals, page layouts, and permissions.
  • Review, transform, import, export, and manage client data and data quality.
  • Develop and execute testing plans.
  • Train users on Salesforce solutions and processes.
  • Serve as a primary contact or outsourced Salesforce administrator for assigned clients.
  • Capture and execute client requests while collaborating with project teams.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience working as a Salesforce consultant.
  • Current Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce certifications preferred.
  • Field Service Lightning Consultant, CPQ Specialist, or Einstein Analytics certifications preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile or modified-Agile environments.
  • Understanding of data management and data migration methodologies.
  • Significant contributions to multiple new Salesforce implementations or large-scale projects in existing instances.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least one year of prior remote work experience.
  • Strong communication, critical-thinking, requirements synthesis, testing, and quality-management skills.
