Description

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Aura components.
  • Build scalable Salesforce automation using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
  • Manage Agile development activities, including sprint planning, code reviews, and release management.
  • Implement Salesforce DX, GitHub, and CI/CD deployment pipelines using tools such as Copado or Gearset.
  • Maintain test coverage of at least 80% and manage development, UAT, and staging sandboxes.
  • Oversee Salesforce administration, including users, permissions, security, layouts, objects, validation rules, and sharing settings.
  • Monitor Salesforce performance, security, data quality, governance, and deduplication.
  • Own Salesforce integrations and reliable data flows with systems including NetSuite, Certinia, DocuSign, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Evaluate and configure AppExchange applications and implement relevant Salesforce releases.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and support user training and documentation.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud for subscription, quoting, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Active Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I certifications.
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, with knowledge of governor limits and Salesforce architecture.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, scratch orgs, and unlocked packages.
  • Experience designing REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, field-level security, sharing rules, and OWD.
  • Strong data modeling skills, including custom objects and lookup/master-detail relationships.
  • Experience with Salesforce CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or GitHub Actions with SFDX.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred: Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, or Data Architect certification; relevant industry or integrated-platform experience; and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
