Description

Partner with the Business Operations Manager to support and improve quote-to-cash (QTC) systems and workflows.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for strategic projects and enhancement releases, including test case creation, execution, results documentation, and defect tracking.
Support tactical QTC requests such as configuration validations, data checks, and small process or tooling changes.
Translate business requirements and pain points into structured Jira tickets with requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and dependencies.
Monitor releases to confirm there are no negative impacts to systems and workflows.
Create, refine, and maintain enablement documentation such as runbooks, SOPs, FAQs, process maps, and step-by-step guides.
Document outcomes of new features and bug fixes for the Order Management team.
Use SQL or analytics tools like Snowflake and Retool to reconcile data and monitor change impacts on QTC workflows.
Partner with analytics and systems teams to troubleshoot data issues and maintain data integrity.
Identify recurring issues in QTC processes and propose improvements.

Requirements

1–3+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, QTC, sales operations, billing, or order management, ideally in a SaaS or technology company.
Experience with QTC or revenue systems/processes such as CPQ, order management, billing, or invoicing, including tools like Salesforce, Zuora, or NetSuite.
Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) or similar testing activities, including test scripts, documentation, and defect reporting.
Experience writing clear requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering or systems teams using Jira or similar tools.
Experience creating process documentation, SOPs, or training/enablement materials.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to translate complex system behavior into clear, simple language for non-technical stakeholders.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Located in Pakistan and available to work US-aligned Pacific Standard Time hours.
Foundational understanding of SQL or data analytics is highly preferred.
Experience with Snowflake or Retool is preferred.
