Description

  • Analyze fulfillment center operating processes and identify productivity improvement opportunities.
  • Develop cost-reduction initiatives through workforce optimization and lead-time reduction.
  • Design and optimize nationwide logistics network flow and load balancing between centers.
  • Analyze throughput and capacity to support fulfillment center planning.
  • Support automation equipment introduction and material flow design for logistics facilities.
  • Design and improve supply chain processes such as Cross Dock and Replenishment.
  • Set productivity and cost targets using industrial engineering methods.
  • Perform root cause analysis using operational data and propose improvement actions.
  • Design experiments and validate operating strategies to support data-driven decisions.
  • Deliver strategic insights and operational improvement recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in process improvement or industrial engineering in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce environments.
  • Understanding of warehouse design.
  • Experience with capacity planning, facility design, throughput, and maximum capacity calculation.
  • Experience with logistics facility design and project roll-out.
  • Expertise in process improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, Material Flow, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and 7 Waste.
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong communication skills with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel domestically to worksites with no restrictions.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving ability based on data.
  • Preferred: Business-level communication in both English and Korean.
  • Preferred: Process innovation experience in e-commerce or large-scale logistics network environments.
  • Preferred: Experience introducing or optimizing logistics automation equipment.
  • Preferred: Experience designing data-driven experiments such as A/B tests or pilot tests.
