Description

  • Lead strategic partnership with business and functional heads to shape people strategies that improve organizational performance, leadership capability, and workforce resilience.
  • Oversee, coach, and develop a team of People Business Partners across business portfolios.
  • Partner with COE leaders in Talent, Total Rewards, Learning, Employee Relations, and People Analytics to design and deliver enterprise-wide people initiatives.
  • Drive workforce planning and organization design to align structures, roles, and talent pipelines with future business strategy and operational efficiency.
  • Use people analytics to identify risks, performance gaps, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Lead complex change and transformation programs in partnership with business leadership and COEs.
  • Ensure consistent, insight-led delivery across business portfolios and foster a consultative partnership culture.
  • Support adoption, feedback, and measurable outcomes for enterprise people initiatives across the scope of the role.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a senior business partnership or HR leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success leading HRBP teams across multiple functions or geographies.
  • Strong command of organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with COEs and business executives to deliver measurable people outcomes.
  • Experience leading people strategy in fast-scaling, complex, or matrixed organizations is preferred.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or technology is preferred.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level transformation or post-merger integration projects is preferred.
  • Ability to operate effectively in scale, ambiguity, and cross-functional influence environments.
