Description

  • Create compelling job descriptions, post roles to strategic boards, and manage candidate flow through the ATS.
  • Review resumes, evaluate video interviews, and conduct initial phone screens to identify top talent.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and improve the quality of candidate selection.
  • Develop and lead interviewer training programs that reduce bias and improve interview effectiveness.
  • Support onboarding programs to give new hires the tools, knowledge, and cultural context they need on day one.
  • Help implement initiatives that keep the remote-first team connected and high-performing.
  • Partner with the VP of People Operations on HR tasks, compliance, and employee experience projects as the company scales.

Requirements

  • Experience in talent acquisition and/or people operations in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong judgment for identifying high-quality candidates and prioritizing quality over volume.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate different hiring manager and candidate personalities.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring and workplace culture.
  • Ability to support a startup environment with rapid change, hard work, and ownership.
  • Interest in building fair, effective interview processes and strong candidate experiences.
  • SHRM certification is not required and is not a priority for this role.
