Description

  • Own the renewal process and lead upsell and cross-sell efforts across assigned accounts.
  • Meet or exceed renewal and expansion quotas to drive retention and revenue growth.
  • Build strategic retention and growth plans in partnership with a Customer Success Manager.
  • Develop and manage expansion pipeline through weekly outbound activity and account planning.
  • Build strong client relationships through outreach and Mongoose Quarterly Reviews (MQRs).
  • Identify client risks early and develop solutions to protect renewals and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing, Leadership, Product, and Client Success to share insights, updates, and customer feedback.
  • Represent Mongoose at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and onsite client visits as needed.
  • Track client health metrics and maintain accurate CRM records for renewals, upsells, and interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven success carrying a renewal and/or expansion quota in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding targets and driving account growth.
  • Experience building healthy pipelines and converting opportunities with strong win rates.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems proactively and think strategically.
  • Experience using data to uncover opportunities and guide client conversations.
  • Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a bonus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a partnership model with Client Success, Marketing, Product, and Leadership.
  • Higher education experience is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to travel and attend onsite visits, events, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
